Please note This style of martial art , was formed mainly for self defense . self conditioning and stamina and so there for does not teach any fancy moves like flying kicks .As the founder ( FU CHANG HI ) truly believed that if you have to jump to kick your opponent in the head then you should run . CHANGFUDO was built on strong Chinese and Korean traditions and was wholly formed for self defense in the traditional manner as it should be taught . . |
Training Programs
THE FIRST 2 LESSONS ARE FREE
This martial art style doesn’t have any fantasy moves or any high fly kicks it is mainly a self defense fighting style where the student is taught stamina and how to maintain that stamina during either a tournament or in a real fighting situation it was also mainly to help those who have become bully victims.
All techniques consist of basic moves like any other traditional art but then comes the hard training which will consist of combination moves which all students are put through a grueling session. The self defense of this style like the rest are a combination of Chinese and Korean martial techniques , by this I mean you are taught close quarter techniques and distance techniques. there will be two class sessions one is a children's class and the ages will range from 7-14 yrs
then there are adult classes and the ages start from 15years + , please see below for further details.
